We engage with a range of different communities to understand their work and requirements, discuss how EO data and services can help address their needs, and to provide them with practical support to get started. Outreach & Promotion Performing a range of outreach and promotion activities to key target communities, bringing applications directly to users. Dedicated User Support Providing dedicated support to potential users through workshops, training events, helpdesk and on-site support. Landscape Monitoring Monitoring the stakeholder and policy landscape, and gathering user requirements for EO-based applications addressing policy needs.
