Showcase Your Earth Observation Capabilities: Submit Sample Data to SEF

Are you a commercial Earth Observation provider?

The ESA Stakeholder Engagement Facility (SEF) is inviting industry partners to contribute sample data products for use in live demonstrations to the scientific and application user community.

Why it matters

The SEF is designed to give users a clear picture of the full range of European Earth Observation (EO) capabilities, spanning both open and commercial services, so they can identify the best solution for their needs. To do this effectively, we need industry to be part of the conversation.

What we're looking for

Companies can submit sample output products that illustrate their key capabilities, such as:

  • Spatial resolution and coverage
  • Revisit frequency
  • Sensor sensitivity or unique data characteristics

Products over a sample area or from a past time period are welcome, as the goal is to demonstrate what your service can do, not to provide operational data.

How your data will be used

Sample products will be featured in live SEF demonstrations, delivered at user community events and in direct discussions with potential users. All products are fully credited to the provider, with your company name and a link to your website displayed alongside the data.

Ready to submit?

Full details (including target user groups, accepted product types, technical constraints, and submission instructions) are available in the submission guidelines document.

To see upcoming events where your data may be featured, visit the SEF events page.
