Webinar series on EO for Urban Issues
"EO for Urban Issues" is a webinar series taking place in the first quarter of 2025, showcasing innovative satellite technologies addressing urban challenges.
Organised by Covenant of Mayors - Europe in collaboration with the European Space Agency’s Stakeholder Engagement Facility (ESA SEF project), this series offers a comprehensive look at how satellite applications can enhance urban planning and development.
Key topics include Urban Heat Islands, Mapping Urban Landscape , and Urban Air Quality. Each 75-minute session is interactive, offering urban practitioners the opportunity to engage directly with remote sensing experts and leading organisations advancing these technologies.
