ESA SEF policy and stakeholder mapping tool
The ESA SEF Policy and Stakeholder Mapping Tool (or short: SEFMAP) is a strategic platform designed to systematically map and capture connections between ESA-funded projects (and their outputs), stakeholders (and their requirements), and relevant policies. The tool complements all SEF activities by enabling the mapping of project relationships, capturing stakeholder needs, and aligning these with policy frameworks. It empowers ESA officers with structured insights, pattern identification, and visualisations, enhancing decision-making and strategic planning.
